Inspired by American regional BBQ flavors, the new dry rubs start with hand-selected herbs and spices custom blended to bring both unique and classic flavors to meats, seafood, vegetables and more. Flavors range from Apple Pie to spicy Nashville Hot Chicken, as well as seasoning rubs for brisket, pulled pork and beer can chicken.
“Since 1977, our family has dedicated itself to the art of smoking and seasoning,” said Joe Hanni, president of PS Seasoning. “We understand what kind of flavor profiles complement grill and smokehouse flavors and we’ve taken that knowledge and put a unique spin on it with our dry rubs.” Rubs include:
Apple Pie – Cinnamon Spice Rub
Just like grandma made it, our Apple Pie BBQ rub has warm notes of cinnamon, spice, buttery pie crust and a hint of apple. Rub this on ribs or pork and everyone will want a slice.
You’ll be crowing about your latest creation all night after trying our beer can chicken rub. We promise, this honey ale seasoning is mother clucking delicious and will have everyone shaking their tail-feathers and stuffing their beaks until the cows come home.
There won’t be any starving artists at your next barbecue. Join the fan club and stock up on this hot and spicy Nashville hot chicken rub before it’s too late. Who knows, you might even get asked to take your seasoning on tour. We packed the flavor of Nashville’s famous spicy fried chick into a dry rub with real buttermilk and hot sauce.
Go ahead and roll the dice, there’s no gambling with our Carolina Gold BBQ Rub. Use this snappy blend of tangy mustard, honey, garlic and spices and you’ll have a full house…of hungry friends.
I love it when you call me Pig Poppa. Filled with sweet brown sugar and tongue-tinglin’ red peppers, this blend will hypnotize your taste buds. For any dish from biggie to small, this pig will be music to your mouth.
They say everything’s bigger in Texas, so we packed our Rodeo Rub to the brim with big time BBQ flavor. We lassoed brown sugar, spices, and hickory smoke together to make brisket so good, just see if it lasts longer than 8 seconds.
The seasonings are available for individual purchase or in wholesale quantities (cast qty. 12). For more information on wholesale orders, contact us at [email protected]
